MannyMak started from humble beginnings. Having just his laptop at first, MM would play house parties using VirtualDJ. His dad would see the passion and later help him to invest in a Macbook Pro and a DJ controller.

MM eventually landed some prominent gigs in his hometown of Orlando, FL along the way. Playing for the likes of Tommie Sunshine, ETC! ETC!, 12th Planet, FTampa, Mike Hawkins, UZ, just to name a few.

MannyMak found a fun opportunity up in NY. He would go on to hold different residencies at bars and clubs(Lounge 247, Home Sweet Home). MM even landed an "In-House DJ" residency spot with the traveling Viceland Bus, that took him to SXSW, Art Basel, and The Meadows Fest.

Through all the momentum in NY, MannyMak would gain the courage to enter into "Corona Electric Beach's Discovery Contest". MM won the contest in 2018 and was able to accomplish his dream to not only play EDC but to bring it full circle and celebrate with 4,000 of his friends in his hometown! The following year he was invited back to play for a second time.
